Multi Custom Meta tags Warehouse theme

Hey whats up !
I started working with 2.0 theme and we are at setting meta tags for filtering.

My question is : can we set multiple values to 1 meta tag ? (exemple Bobber, Bagger) ther terms dont really matter.

On the following picture you'll see that we want to eventually offer filtering by brand (make) and models.

Since our products may contain 24 and more variants depending on what brand and model the clients own, we would like to be able to set mutliple values to "Model".

I tryed separated comma values, dots, ";".

Anybody got a hint of a solution ?
