Hi guys,
So, I came a cross a very good business opportunity but I don't know how to put it all together and run it smoothly.
I have an outsource company which is specialized in website designing, applications developments, logo designing...etc . On the other hand, I have a company which will supply me with customers. So I will be the middle chain.
I am lost on how can I create this chain (my company) in a way that the outsource which I will paying in hourly biases and the customers will collaborate smoothly.
Also, because I will be charging different rates to my customers than the hourly rates I am paying to the outsource company. How can I make it invisible?
Basically, how can I set up such business?
