New here - need to import products

I have read the help section and it doesn't seem to work or I just don't get it!

I need to import a little over 600 products from my Faire site.  I loaded the csv file from Shopify but none of the columns seem to match what Faire is exporting.

Can someone help this tech challenged baby boomer PLEASE?
