New pages not updating in metafields dropdown on product page - reference metafields Shopify 2.0

I currently use _tab1_ , _tab2_ etc tags along with pages to display extra tabs on product pages (features, faqs etc). I want to update to a Shopify 2.0 theme therefore I now need to achieve these tabs with metafields - content type reference page. 

This method works however, any new pages I create don't show up on the metafield page dropdown on the product pages nor does any page titles changes I make.

I've tried refreshing, using an incognito browser, another login but they just don't update. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be great.

I had a similar issue where my new pages weren't showing in my dropdown, however now it shows no pages in my dropdown for some reason?

So Shopify have told me that you can have a max of 200 pages show in this metafields dropdown. I have over 200 pages so that's why my new products are not showing.
