Hi

Iam pdmurty from India, Hyderabad. placed order for leisurely lazy chair with shopingstore43 and paid Rs.589 by credit card through, Payuib. I have received payment confirmation message from  payuib but no order confirmation mail and no way to reach seller or payuib gate way. I am not sure if the seller shopingstore43 really exists or iam cheated. Please help me.

While Shopify’s nature as a platform means we do not directly interact with how stores operate or force refunds, they do investigate any reports of fraudulent activity.

So the best bet is to reach out to this website and make a report to Shopify.

I understand shopyfi as platform do not interact or control how their clients operate. But as a platform provider they shall take necessary action when their clients commit frauds on the customers. I tried to report it on shopify website. Unfortunately the site asking for order confirmation url. I did not get any order confirmation after paying money. There is no way I can make a complaint on the site. That is the reason I put it in the community, so that shopify team can respond.
