I am having trouble understanding what I need to adjust. When I click the side bar menu and open a collection, the screen says “no products found. Use fewer filters or remove all”, even though no filters have been selected. I recently updated my store theme to Origin, so theoretically this issue should not be occurring. What’s even more confusing is that in the right corner I see “0 out of 37” products. So I have to click “remove all” and my products come up. This can be confusing for my customers, and I want my site to be as easily navigated as possible. Please advise. Thanks!
Hi @Zosooriginals,
Please check and make sure you remove filter options from your menu link to solve that issue.
