Out Of The Sandbox Flex Theme - How To add Custom JS file

Hello everyone,
I am using flex theme version 3.2.1 and adding a new custom testimonial section on it using Splide JS Slider. It's working fine on the Home page ( URL: https://devrebalance.myshopify.com/ ). But it's not showing on other pages like contact pages( https://devrebalance.myshopify.com/pages/contact ). So I check the dev console and get some errors on the Dev console. Can anyone help to solve this issue, please?

oh sorry for that you have easy to add create new js file and add theme.liquid
