Resize buttons slideshow and reposition in mobile view

I would like to resize and reposition buttons on my slideshow on my site's homepage. Especially in my mobile view. I'm working on dawn theme. Can someone help me?

I would like to resize the mobile version of the buttons in the homepage's slideshow so it does't look so disproportionate to the photo.

If you can help me I would also like to reposition the arrows to flip the slideshow on the image borders (both in the mobile and web version ) and to have the dots go on the image. Is it possible?
