Restore theme configuration

Hello, I have overwritten with Shopify CLI the content of my Shopify theme, I wanted to know how I could proceed to restore the configuration of my theme (text, images, settings, ...).
I don't have any backups and I use Habitat theme.

I'm in a hurry, thanks to you.

Hi Leopold,

When you navigate to the admin code editor, and select specific theme files, are you using previous versions of Liquid files here?
