Have you modified the code of the theme you're currently using? Or have you installed any third-party discount apps? I see that this feature works fine in my store, but it seems there's an issue with yours.

The first image below shows that when the product detail page is loaded, the size "S" is displayed by default. At this point, the "Add to Cart" button appears normally. However, when switching to other sizes and then back to size "S," the "Sold Out" button appears. This is indeed a problem.
