Selling Hydrogen theme through Shopify Store - is it possible?

Is it allowed to sell Hydrogen Theme through Shopify Store? Developing in React has a better DX and that is newer technology but I am not sure about Shopify requirements. Are there any Hydrogen themes for sale in Shopify Store already?

Did you ask Shopify support about this, I think currently you cannot sell hydrogen themes because its only available for Shopify plus merchants.

there are people who actually sells hydrogen based theme online if you google you can find them.

due to policy I can't provide there link here.

So yeah I think it's legal to sell it.

Okay, but they are using Shopify Store to sell or external selling channel?

You can query with them how they are running their business model. I never sell one so I have less knowledge on this topic.

Nope its only for Shopify Plus

It doesn't work on starter plan and development stores.

At the beginning it was available only for Plus, but now also non-pls can use Oxygen (hosting for Hydrogen)
