Sense 2.0 - Do I put different content in the collapsible rows?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up my new theme and the new collapsible row feature looks great, but it's copying the same information for different products and even when I change the information it reverts back. (For example i'll input the materials of a product, save, do the same with another & save and when I check on the product pages the information for the first one is now the same as the second).

When I hide/unhide the block it hides it on all too. Surely i'm missing something here?

Thanks for any help!

the I have the same problem. It seems as though it should be unique to the product but it populates over all products. Makes no sense to me. Would love an answer ...Thanks.

I eventually got help, if you want the information to be different for each product you need to add the templates and edit those. Then you can apply the template to the products and it has the different information for each template. I hope that makes sense but I contacted live chat and got some help!

If you go to your Shopify settings and then go to Metafields, select products. From there, select Add Definition (you can call it ingredients). Select Content Type and chooses Text.

Now when you go to customize your theme you can select the default product page - or whatever you've labeled your product page as - and select the Product Information section and select Ingredients. In the row content for the ingredients click the option to insert a Dynamic Source and the Ingredients option you just made will be there.

So now, when you edit your product information, that Ingredients metafield will be a customizable text box option.

I have tried this but the same dynamic source will stay the same for all products.
