Starting development server with Dawn and Liquid

Hi, I am trying to create a Dawn theme template to toy around with to learn Liquid. I am having some trouble with starting the development server, I get an error after running shopify theme dev --store {store-name}. I am the owner of the store I am using. How do I prompt a login using the CLI? I have also already logged in using the web link, so I don't believe that should be a problem.

 

 

 

Current Shopify CLI Version 3.23.0

Current Homebrew Version 3.6.11
