Using metafields to show unique images for each variant?

Hey there,

I am currently re-working my online shop and I am struggling with this for a while now. I have different variants for my products (size and color) and I want to show specific images depending on what color is selected. I know how to add the metafields to a variant and how to add the images but I have no idea what I have to change in the theme code in order for this to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

@fabian_zfr  Yes, It's possible to implement so that only selected color variant images to show but it requires some customization in code. You can hire any developer or contact me for more help.
