Videos not working on iOS

Hi All,

I have various videos loaded on my home and product page- both of which do not play on iPhone but show up on other devices.

We have removed the autoplay part as I know iOS browsers block any autoplay videos however it is still not showing normal videos. Urgently need this fixed, if someone can help we don't mind paying for the service.

Thank you for your reply. Are both videos playing on your end? On my iphone, the homepage video shows as a blank white space and the one on the product page shows but doesn't play when pressing play button.

The video on homepage does not show on mobile for me also.

About the video on product page, the reason why it does not work is because you set the wrong URL for it

Notice the https://ttps//  part
