Why is my Newly Built store Inactive after only a week

I did not receive and email or any indication that anything was wrong with my store. It’s not even finished yet. Why would they do this. Now I must wait for a response. The store isn’t finished yet. Why would it be made inactive? I’m still on the 30 day trial period.
