Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm reaching out to the community for some advice regarding an issue I've encountered with one of my Shopify stores. I operate multiple stores, all based in Canada, and handle all transactions in USD. Each store's earnings are deposited into my USD bank accounts. Curiously, I've noticed that only one of these stores is being subjected to a 1.25% international currency fee, despite the fact that all my transactions are in USD and not converted into Canadian dollars at any point.
This fee isn't being applied to my other Shopify stores under the same operational setup, which is puzzling and frustrating. I'm trying to understand why this discrepancy exists and how I might resolve it. Has anyone else experienced similar charges under these circumstances? If so, how did you address or resolve this issue with Shopify or your bank? I'm looking for any insights, experiences, or advice that could help me navigate this situation and ideally eliminate these unexpected fees. Thank you for your help!
