Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I had tried set up a store and started the free trial but gave up. I ended up paying someone to do it for me and they transferred ownership. My free trial ended on the 1st store that I created and don't need. I just was billed the 1st month today and the ownership for the new store was transferred to me today. How can I move over my membership from the 1st store I created to the new store someone built for me?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. I am happy to hear that you got a store setup for yourself that is very exciting! In order for us to take a closer look into both of the accounts mentioned, we will need to authenticate you for the stores in question. Since we cannot authenticate you over our public forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it would best to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor directly.
Once you successfully login to your store, you will directed to our Help Center. Type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar and search for any related articles. You should then be able to see the option to Get Support located under the search results.
