Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have $17000 in "pending" shopify payments, many of which are over a week old. I am on with support and they're saying they're "going to pass it along to their billing team". I have rent and payroll due and I absolutely need this money yesterday. Is there anything I can do? Has this happened to anyone before?

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry you are experiencing a delay with your payouts, I completely understand how important it is to have this money in your account asap.
Can you provide a ticket number from your support interaction? Due to this being a public forum, I can't look into store-specific information but I can flag this with our team internally. Have you had payouts show as pending previously?
