2 different shipping rates

Customer buys 2 Products, A and B.

Purchased alone, Product A has a shipping cost of $3 due to being a small and light weight.

Purchased alone, Product B has a shipping cost of $7 due to being larger and a heavier weight.

The 2 items have different shipping rates assigned to them accordingly.

When purchased together, how can I set this up so that the customer is only charged the higher shipping rate of $7 rather than the total of $10.00.
