2 L Sample Box keeps being added as a Package option

Hi shopify community,

I have a few custom package sizes, but a 2 L Sample Box package keeps getting added to the custom package size options. I keep deleting it and it keeps coming back trying to be used for fulfilment! I do use Sendle for the fulfilment of some packages, but I don't understand why this package option keeps being added.

Anyone else had this issue? Got any fixes?
