20 digit IBAN

Hi Expert,

Shopify payments waits 22 digit IBAN, and in certain EU countries has 20 digit IBAN in Denmark it is 18 digit.

How can I get Shopify payments to accept other than 22 digit IBAN?

Hi @hanshals,

You should be able to enter in the full IBAN if it is the appropriate length for your country, including 18 digits for Denmark. Is this where you and your store are based? Are you entering in the DK prefix when you provide the IBAN? Is your store address set to one in Denmark?
