2checkout error while customer purchase the item

While purchasing the item customer facing the checkout error. I want to solve it as soon as possible.

While placing the order when the customer proceed for payment checkout, there is 2 option. PayPal and credit debit card. When we select credit debit card it was showing error

same error with me when I click for test order after the choice of debit card and paypal a screen comes saying "a error has occurred during checkout" error code:PE106
