2checkout Payment Issue - It goes back to checkout

Hi,

 

I´m getting an issue when proceed to payment to 2checkout platform.

 

When i click "Finish order" at the bottom of the checkout, it shows "Redirecting" but goes back to the checkout instead of taking me to the payment platform.

 

Would you please help me with this issue? Anyone having the same problem?

Hi @LaPerlaBikinis !

 

It sounds as though this is an issue directly related to 2Checkout. I have checked the status on our end and there are currently no issues with our platform relating to 2Checkout. My best recommendation in this scenario would be twofold:

 

  1. Try testing in a different browser to see if the issue persists. Clearing cache and cookies and using Google Chrome would be beneficial as well.
  2. If that does not resolve the issue, you will need to contact the support for 2Checkout for further assistance.

Hi Rose. Ok thanks for your help! We suspect of the 2checkout gateway too. We`ve already created a support ticket. It doesn´t seem to be cache.
