30 Days and Counting since my 1st Payment

Hi there!

I really need to get in touch with the Account Verification Officer from the Shopify Team. I haven't received emails from them regarding the required documents for Shopify Payments. the bell notification also displays "No Other Requests". 

It's been 30 days, and the payments are still pending. I have talked to 9 representatives on Live Support, but still no victory. My ticket number is "41393598" If you require it, please check and escalate the issue and please get in touch with me so I can provide you with the documents. I can't run the store properly unless my payments are cleared.
