3PL Provider for D2C/B2B Recommendations?

I'm looking for 3PL provider recommendations, but I have some tricky requirements. Ideally, I'd like a company that could 1) fulfill individual D2C orders received through my Shopify store, 2) ship products to FBA, and 3) fulfill B2B wholesale orders. Bonus points if the 3PL provider can receive inventory from abroad, conduct quality control, and/or package the products in my custom packaging onsite. Alternatively, I might use a prep center before sending the products to the 3PL, but the dream would be for it to all be done in one location, if that's at all possible. Also, I'd love to hear which 3PL companies you would NOT recommend.

I've used ShipBob and liked them a lot. They handled point 1 and point 3 of your requirements.

I'm not sure about point 2. I remember them doing some custom services, but not sure exactly what they offer right now.

For shipping directly to FBA, we used to have our suppliers do that. We gave them detailed instructions, and also created an inspection process for them.

You can also hire independent inspectors, we did this for 1 supplier where we had a problem with reliable quality. You connect the inspector and the factory, and the inspector organizes a time to go and inspect / make sure everything is up to your standards.
