5 months and not one conversion in sales

I have been marketing my products for 5 months now and not one sale! Please is there somethng wrong with my products or website.

What's your product or website? Either way 5 MONTHS?? am surprised you didn't change your product if your dropshipping after a week or no sales the product is either bad and saturated your store is either bad or your ad creatives are saturated and bad overall you need to Relook everything and ask people opinions that haven't seen your store before like friends that don't know and just go up and ask them what they think is bad about it don't say anything about making it just say it's a store you found and you wanted to buy from it but wanted to ask first before buying
