Hello, my customers can´t buy from my store. In the end of the process when they choose to pay it says...502 bad gateway. Does anyone know how to fix it? If you can explain in baby steps I am so afraid to ruin my work on the website
Without being able to see your store and domain, it's difficult for me to establish exactly what is happening. If you could please share your store URL and reply to this thread answering the questions below, I will be able to take a much closer look:
Have you had multiple reports from customers regarding this error?
Which payment gateways do you have active in your store?
Have you tried to replicate the issue? and are you met with the same error?
Have you recently cleared yourcache and cookies? When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
