Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Shopify Community,
I’m facing a serious issue with my store payouts. On April 24, 2025, I received 83 orders within 1 hour, but I have not received payment for any of those orders.
Then on April 28, 2025, an amount of $8,780.83 was debited from my account.
I didn’t receive the funds for the orders & instead the balance was deducted. This is highly concerning, & I believe it may be a system glitch.
Support Details:
I’ve been contacting Shopify Support for the past 3 days but have received no resolution or authentic answer.
I was told I would receive an email but no email ever arrived.
I also contacted support@shopify.com & legal@shopify.com, but both gave automated replies saying to contact support & the support team still hasn’t resolved the issue.
Request:
I respectfully request Shopify to urgently look into this matter & credit my full payments. This kind of technical issue is deeply shocking & needs to be resolved quickly.
