A bill payment failed

Hi 

today shopify sent me this message " An attempt to process the $29.00 USD payment for your Nov 5, 2020 bill has failed. We’ll try charging you again on Nov 19, 2020.  ", I have a visa card with enough money to pay the bill which I use to pay my bills on facebook and worldwide online shopping with no issues, if anyone can get in touch with me and try to process the payment manually with me I will be grateful !

Hyde here from Shopify.

You may need to consult with your bank or credit card provider to ensure they do not have any automated systems in place that are somehow blocking the subscription payment for your account.

If that doesn't shed any more light on the issue, feel free to let me know and we will have a closer look at that together.
