A good fulfillment warehouse in Texas?

Hello all,

I'm looking to get my fulfillment warehouse outside of CA and I'm thinking Texas would be good but I'm open to GA or TN. Can anyone recommend a good operation that is big enough to handle 300 orders a month (about 10% international) but small enough that they still care about their customers and can handle small projects if needed? I loved Fulfillrite the most of all I tried but I can't be all the way in NJ. I also very much dislike these middle men sort of companies that simply provide a software interface to multiple warehouses and don't really run the warehouses themselves, I much prefer a warehouse that is run with everyone on site, and offers reasonable prices.
