Trying to purchase a UPS label, anyone else having this issue today?

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like your UPS account within Shopify needs to be reset. For context, this can sometimes happen if you haven't purchased UPS shipping labels in a while.

So I experienced a similar issue but I've also been able to print other orders with UPS without issue. Not all my orders are experiencing this issue. Only 3 or the 15+ that i did had this issue. Any other thoughts on a fix to this? Thank you

Thanks for getting in touch. That's certainly strange as this error usually only occurs when there is an issue with the UPS account as a whole. I would first suggest doing some local troubleshooting, such as clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue. If after that you're still having trouble printing the labels, I recommend contacting our live support team through the Help Center. From there we can take a look at the back end of your account to see if something got disconnected.
