Abandoned checkout

I’ve noticed that many of my customers are proceeding through checkout on my website but not completing their purchases. As a result, I receive notifications about abandoned checkouts. However, several customers have told me that they were unexpectedly kicked out of the site rather than deciding to abandon their purchase. Sometimes the purchase go through but sometimes some customers are kicked out. 

Could you help me understand what might be causing this issue? I want to ensure my customers have a smooth checkout experience and that there are no technical problems preventing them from completing their orders.

Hey there @Paczola1  I’m guessing an issue in the code is the reason for this unfortunate happening. I highly suggest getting a skilled dev to have a look at it and get it sorted if possible. 
Before this, you can try basic troubleshooting such as clearing your browser cache and cookies, etc

Hey @Paczola1 is this an issue you're still dealing with? And have you been able to convert any of those "forced" abandoned checkouts into customers?
I'm currently researching abandoned cart & checkout recovery strategies and you're situation caught my attention.
