However, I would like to help you out here as best as I can! I tried navigating to the URL shown in your screenshot, and it appears that the website is unavailable. This could mean a variety of different things, however I cannot say for sure why this is the case. Have you already tried refreshing that page, as indicated in the message underneath where it says 'your order's being processed'?
I would recommend trying to get in touch with this store directly, as that is usually the best first step to take. If you received any order confirmation emails, you can try replying directly to them. We also have more information here on our help center which explains other ways you can try to get in touch with the store.
If you don't hear back from them, and you also haven't received your order within 30 days of waiting, then it would be a good idea to contact PayTM directly, as it looks like that is the payment method you have used. Financial institutions often have a minimum waiting time of 30 days before they can intervene and help you out. After 30 days, you can also submit a buyer complaint to us by filling out this form here.
