I purchased a lot of items from a seller and purchased a DHL postage so I can get the bloody items before Xmas.

The items were NON FLAMMABLE AND NON ALCOHOLIC perfume oils which ARE ALLOWED TO BE SHIPPED!

Whoever looked at the parcel and just saw perfume on the label without thinking clearly that it's actually a scented oil denied the parcel in customs. 

The item NEVER left the country nor the city, and was returned to the seller. 

She tried getting it sent again using the same code but it says that the postage has already been used and I must purchase a new postage.

THE PROBLEM IS, she tried explaining this to BOTH shopify and DHL. Shopify says it's already been used, can't refund it. IT HASN'T BEEN BLOODY USED BECAUSE IT NEVER LEFT THE COUNTRY!!

 

We both contacted DHL and are passing the blame to you, Shopify. They said that since she didn't purchase it through them, she has to request a refund from you WHICH YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE!!!

It is Xmas already here in Australia, I have NO GIFT to give to the people I spent my hard earned money on, because both Shopify and DHL don't seem to bloody understand the problem!

I am at my wit's end and I just want my parcels! I don't believe I have to pay for the postage again because I did not receive ANY SERVICE!

Please for the love of God and all things Holy, just give the seller or me the postage back! Or better yet, can someone from shopify please talk to DHL to confirm that the items NEVER LEFT THE COUNTRY!!!
