Accepting Orders Manually only for certain products.

Hi,

At the moment, my website has medication which requires the customers information in order to purchase the medicine to make sure it is safe for the customer to take. 

Therefore, I want to be able to pause the order and not take any payments yet and then accept the order once we have checked their account and read the notes provided by the customer. This is to avoid many refunds occuring.

I understand you can change payments in the settings from automatic to manual. However, i am only wanting this to occur for certain products which are the medicines.

Please can i have some guidance with this. Many thanks.
