Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
If a dodgy merchant takes a website down despite having many unfulfilled orders from customers, is there a way for that merchant's customers to have the site temporarily reinstated, so that they can retrieve their order details (e.g., the products involved and the order statuses). To obtain chargebacks, customers need their order details; and in the event that they have lost the original confirmations, which often go to Junk Mail, they would need to be able to log in to the store's website to retrieve those details.
Is there any way to contact Shopify with such a request? Or even to have them retrieve order details upon request?
