Your Shopify Payments account is on hold
Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments.
I have a launch today, but I have this error message on my account. Please assist in helping me understand what this means.
Usually, when the account is placed on hold, you should get an email (associated with the admin account) outlining the reasons.
If you haven't received any emails, please email directly to Shopify's Merchant/Technical support.
