I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Shopify Payments account. It's likely you received an email to let you know what is going on. If so, it will have been sent to the email address you use to log in as the account owner. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you do have the email, the best thing you can do is reply to it with your questions, and/or follow the instructions in the email to have this resolved.
