I have been waiting for my account to be verified since 10/31/24. I have uploaded my passport, Driver's Licence, and Bank Statement. No response.
I have chatted in to support with a live agent on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks.
Every time I get the same canned answer - "The team is working on it and will email you." But then, no email and no changes to my account status.
I can not print shipping labels.
I can not withdraw the funds for any of my orders.
I basically can not do business.
Then I see others have posted the same thing and have been waiting even longer.
At this point, I am wondering if this is the right platform for me.
Anyone else have this issue and get a resolution?
