We have successfully activated Shopify Payments as indicated by the “Welcome to Shopify Payments” confirmation email. However, we’ve noticed that Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other payment options are not yet appearing in our checkout process.
Could you please provide clarity on when we can expect these payment methods to be fully operational for our customers? Additionally, if there are any further steps or setup requirements on our part to facilitate this.
Thanks for reaching out.

With that being said, I am happy to inform you that Shopify Payments does also include Apple Pay. In order to have this available on your online store checkout, you will need to make sure that you meet the requirements listed here.
Let me know if you have any questions.
