Hi,
We have DHL Shipping method, and we are using Basic plan of Shopify. Here we need Third party Carrier Calculated shipping Addon without upgrading the Shopify Advanced plan.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to enable CCS on the Shopify Basic plan.

Hi Mirdas,

We heard the one option to add-on $20 per month or pay annual then it may be possible. Please check below screenshot.

I can see that you are wondering about adding Carrier Calculated Shipping to your Basic Shopify plan - I'd be happy to explain.

 

I can see that @Mirdas has kindly shared some information, and I would like to confirm that Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) cannot be added to the Basic Shopify plan, either as a monthly add-on or inclusion in an annual plan.

 

If you wanted to enable CCS on your store, then you would need to consider moving over to the Shopify plan - then you can opt for the monthly fee to add this feature, or switch to annual billing to have this feature at no extra cost. The Advanced and Plus plans include Carrier Calculated Shipping as standard. We have some more information about Carrier Calculated Shipping here on our help center.

 

If you would like to speak to our team about adding Carrier Calculated Shipping to your Shopify plan, then please reach out to our team directly via our help center here. Please note: as with any other plan changes, only the Account Owner or a staff member with the "Manage Plan" permission is authorized to add Carrier Calculated Shipping to your account. 

 

Something else to consider, is that if you are in one of the supported regions where Shopify Shipping is available, then you could have Carrier Calculated Shipping rates using Shopify's own carrier accounts on the Basic Shopify plan at no extra cost - check out Shopify Shipping here.

I have upgraded the plan to Shopify with annual fee. Let me know to how to activate the CCS.

If you have upgraded to the Shopify plan on an annual billing cycle, and you are not seeing Carrier Calculated Shipping already enabled, then you will need to reach out to our team directly so that we can manually enable this feature on your account.

 

Feel free to reach out to our team here via our help center, and we would be more than happy to take a look at your account and help get this enabled for you. When you click the link to the help center, you will see a chat assistant window in the bottom right. Feel free to type something in here such as 'live chat' and you will be presented with the contact options for our team. Note: You will need to be logged into your store.
