Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Is there a way to cancel an order and have it actually leave the queue? I have this order that is cancelled, doesn't need to be paid, doesn't need to be fulfilled. But the queue still shows that payment is pending and that it's unfulfilled, which is just unhelpful.
Absolutely bizarre that Shopify hasn't figured out how to fix this problem.
You could mark as paid and fulfill it, that should close it out.
If the the location it's assigned to is a 3rd party and your only option is to request fulfillment, change to your own location, then you can mark as fulfilled.
No, that would mean I would have to pay taxes on an order that never happened.
