I want to add an mandatory checkbox in the cart, which says: I agree to the terms and conditions

It should look like something like this:

but mine looks like this, so I just want to add a mandatory link above the "tasuta transport rakendatakse kassas" which means free shipping at the checkout page

and none of the internet guides work.
