Add another option to Cancel Order "Reason for cancelation" drop down menu

Is it possible to add a custom option to the Cancel Order  "Reason for cancelation" drop down menu? Please see attached screenshot. Thank you.

Hi @Aliceherbert1, thank you for that information. I wanted to add an option for fraudulent orders so that when I choose that option it automatically send a script that we have for those orders. As of now, we have to copy and paste it and send to the customer when we cancel their order.
