Add Klarna Using Stripe But without enabling Shopify Payments

My clients don't have shopify payments enabled and they need Klarna on their website.

Is there a way to add Stripe with Klarna?

No need a Klarna account. Only need a Stripe account.

Stripe Merchant account with following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Can access below customer countries with Klarna as a payment gateway, 

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

If you have a Stripe Merchant account with United States, you can only access customers in United States.

Hello all, we have a similar problem. I have a Stripe account. There I have activated Klarna. This has all worked wonderfully. Now I have connected Stripe with Shopify. There I now see all credit cards but just not Klarna. This is not displayed although it is activated on Stripe in the account. Stripe says that everything is fine and that I should clarify this with Shopify. Shopify says that they do not know what the problem is. Can any of you help me? Would be great!

Klarna can not be activated through Stripe application.

it needed to be activated separately.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the exact same problem. Stripe says the problem is on Shopify's end, and I see SO many people have this issue. If my country was allowed to use Shopify Payments, of course I'd do that and just activate Klarna, But, the only option I have is to activate Klarna on stripe, but it just wont appear in checkout.
