Add Shipping Method to Packing Slip Template

Hi Guys,

I've customised my 'Packing Slip Template' so that I can put an offer code on it and so on. At the bottom I have also reproduced the shipping address so we can cut this off and stick to our parcels. 

What I would like to do is add the name of the shipping rate/method chosen at the checkout.

Reading through the help text it seems that <p>Send by: {{ shipping_method.title }} Send to:</p> should work for example but it doesn't show anything?

Could just be that I'm doing it wrong or am not able to include this variable in the template?

Hey, how did you manage to get the offer code on your packing slip? I can't seem to find the liquid variable for this
