Add to cart button not working

Hey there!

We are having trouble with our 'add to cart' buttons on our website. When a customer clicks 'add to cart', the button changes to 'please wait' but does not take the customer to the checkout page. I have noticed that when you refresh the page, the basket does update.

This has affected our sales over the weekend, so any advice and help on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Could you take a screenshot at the top of your theme.liquid file in Online Store > Themes > Edit code?

Temporarily disable any recently installed apps. Sometimes, apps can interfere with core Shopify functionalities.

• If you've made custom code changes, review the relevant sections for errors.
• Look for issues in the product template, cart functionality, or JavaScript files.
• Consider reverting to a previous theme version if possible.
• Clear Browser Cache and Cookies This might resolve temporary glitches or cached data interfering with the process.

• Test on Different Browsers and Devices If the issue persists on multiple browsers and devices, it's less likely a browser-specific problem.

• if nothing works out contact shopify support.
