Add Tracking for for courier not in the Fulfilment list on shopify orders?

I am looking to be able to add my own couriers to the list of couriers in the dropdown list when fulfilling an item on Shopify.  Currently some couriers are not included and I need to add them as 'Other'. 

If there a way to extend this list and automatically generate URLs for customers to view tracking information.  For example I would like to add https://global.cainiao.com/
