Sadly as the issue is with their payment integration, I would not be able to assist with this. However, that link I shared earlier has their support channels, but you may be able to contact them via social media pages also.

They may also be experiencing a backlog and this may be why they have not replied yet. I hope that you get this issue resolved with them soon.
